or it should be rain is cherished.  it has been infrequent here this summer.  the ground is dry and it will take time and a slow rain to really sink in past the very surface.  so it is good to see it falling again this day.  it has altered my plans for the day.  there will be no pollen speading for seeds today.  and it has continued my plans for the season.  the rain will help ensure the seed pods that have been set have a chance to ripen.  there will be seeds to plant next year and they will not wither waterless in the hot sun.  so back to cherished – before the arrival of rain.  let us walk through cherished a little.  here is what i saw this morning…
